Love your floors promise

 
No questions asked replacement warranty.

Many carpet styles carry a Love Your Floors Promise Replacement Warranty. If at any time after installation and during the term of your replacement warranty you wish to change your new carpet to a different style or color carpet, Twin Oaks Carpet will replace it with a different style or color carpet of equal or lesser value. No questions asked! Should you wish to replace your carpet with a carpet upgrade, you may do so by paying the difference in the price. No monetary compensation will be paid if a lower priced product is selected.

This is a one-time only replacement and does not include replacement of cushion or reinstallation charges. Simply call us within the time frame of the warranty and indicate you wish to choose another carpet using the Love Your Floors Promise Replacement Warranty. This is a replacement warranty and does not apply to matters covered by other warranties.

Replacements include materials only. Reinstallation labor and labor to move furniture, permanent construct (built-ins such as cabinets and bookcases), equipment or electronics is the responsibility of the customer.

No replacements will be made with respect to carpet that has been glued down, subject to abuse, vandalism, alteration or damage caused by smoke, fire, wind, lightning or any other casualty even. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Twin Oaks Carpet and that has been professionally installed by a Twin Oaks Carpet authorized independent contractor.
